Makeup Tips To Get Glowing Skin For Summer

Isn’t it the best feeling when someone says, “Oh my gosh, you’re glowing!”? It’s truly the greatest compliment that somehow makes you feel like you have your life together. BUT in order to hear the praise from others and, more importantly, feel like your best self, that skin has to be on point.

Here are my two simple tips to get glowing skin for summer. I mean, it doesn’t get much better than toned, tanned AND glowing.

1.         You Gotta Moisturize

Taking the time to moisturize your skin on a daily basis, especially in the Summer, is crucial to achieve glowing skin.

2.         Beautify

I love applying a foundation that looks natural, with a skin-like appearance in order to avoid the whole “cake face” look… let’s be honest, cake face is NOT cute.

When it comes to foundation, I LOVE Mac, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Armani. After I have properly moisturized, I apply Armani foundation mixed with Mac’s fix plus spray to help avoid that cakey look.

Next, I apply some cream highlighter to achieve that dewy look like I’ve mentioned above. To do this, I put the Mac highlighter directly on the brush and also spray the brush with the fix plus spray.
